- A bunch of kale or collards
- A bunch of green onions
- A bag of yukina savoy
- A bunch of parsley - taboulaah time again
- A large bunch of cilantro
- A bag of lettuce
- A few smallish beets. The greens are large and will be great!
- A bag of nettles - these are very good for you. They have stingers on them but after you cook them, they're fine. The stinging increases blood flow but if you don't want to experience this, wear gloves during preparation. Dave made an excellent nettles soup.
- A bag of spinach
- Optional turnips
- Rosemary, thyme, oregano and tarragon

- Lettuce - a large bag full
- A bunch of swiss chard
- A bunch of kale
- A bunch of mustard
- A bunch of green onions (which are purple) or leeks - re. the onions, you can eat the entire onion. Both leeks and onions are very tasty sauteed.
- A nice bunch of radishes
- A bunch of broccoli raab. This is tasty and the blooms are edible.
- A bunch of parsley
- A bunch of cilantro
- A bunch of edible flowers, including arugula and brassica blooms. Place these on your table as an edible centerpiece. The arugula blooms are especially tasty and kind of nutty.
